Vancouver Island has always been my home. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I gained experience working with families as a birth doula, childbirth educator, and baby massage instructor. As a wife, mother, and NPE, I enjoy working with families during difficult and transitional times.
I graduated from the counselling program at VCCT in 2016. I have taken specialized training for working with neuro-diversity, and expressive therapies.
I have personal experience with MPE's, adoption, foster parenting, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, home schooling, and raising neurodiverse youths. I enjoy working with people of all ages.
I offer therapy in-person, online, and outdoors. I feel honored to support people in meeting the challenges in their life. I am in awe of the youth I work with; I witness them grow and flourish.
Sessions and treatment plans are tailored to meet the needs of each client.
