Based in Vancouver Island, BC. I'm a Psychotherapist, registered as MTC with ACCT #2156.

My primary approach is experiential and humanistic, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness-based, and neurodiversity affirming.

I am a wife, and mother to two amazing neurodiverse people.

Therapy is offered in-person and online.
